Three high school football stadiums constructed around the same period had very different outcomes. This presentation will discuss some of the structural engineering and construction challenges faced by the project teams on the first two facilities. Additionally, it will describe how the project team for the third stadium avoided excessive cracking in the concrete slab of the concourse, a challenge encountered in the first two projects.
