Holistic Admissions
Texas CAEE has waived the GRE requirement for Fall 2025 admissions. This change is aligned with our holistic admissions process.
Degree Options
Graduate applicants are expected to have an undergraduate degree in engineering. However, exceptional candidates with other undergraduate degrees can be considered for admission but will be required to complete additional undergraduate leveling courses before beginning graduate work. The leveling courses will depend on the student's background.

There are ten programs spanning civil, architectural and environmental engineering. However, the interests and research of students and faculty may overlap with more than one track or department.
