2024 CAEE Department T-Shirt Design Contest
The annual CAEE t-shirt design contest is now open to all CAEE students enrolled in the Fall 2024 semester!
Design Rules
• Follow the Cockrell School of Engineering's style guidelines.
• Front side design only and a maximum of two colors
• Design must be built/created using Illustrator or InDesign in vector format.
• Individually created designs are preferred. Any web images used must be royalty-free and not copyrighted.
• Please consider all majors – civil, architectural, environmental – design must encompass our entire CAEE community.
• Do not include the logo or any of the University's supporting marks in the design in compliance with UT"s Trademarks and Licensing office.
• We will add the department's logo on the sleeve later. You may include the department's name (Fariborz Maseeh Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering), CAEE, or other words, such as Civil, Architectural & Environmental Engineering.
• Submit by email to
Competition
• The competition is open to all CAEE undergraduate and graduate students.
• Design must follow all of the above guidelines to be eligible.
• All entries become property of The University of Texas at Austin and the Fariborz Maseeh Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering. The winner is requested to sign a release form.
• The winner will also be asked to provide the original file format (Illustrator or InDesign) so the department can submit file to t-shirt printing company.
• Designs will have to be approved by UT’s Office of Trademarks and Licensing and the winner may be asked to make revisions.
• Winner’s design will be printed on our annual t-shirts which are distributed to all CAEE students, faculty, staff, visitors, etc.
• Contest winner will receive $300 prize!
• Submissions due August 11, 2024.
