CEPM has one of the nation's most comprehensive graduate curricula in construction, thanks to a large body of experienced faculty and lecturers.

CEPM has a highly diverse population made up of both masters and Ph.D. students from all over the world. This diversity provides an excellent environment for professional learning, growing, and networking.

CEPM has one of the strongest research and teaching programs in the nation. Its renowned Construction Industry Institute (CII) provides numerous research assistance opportunities for UT students. Other research sponsors include the Texas Department of Transportation, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and the National Science Foundation.

The CEPM graduate program at UT Austin combines core courses in construction engineering and project management with other courses from a variety of fields that are selected by the individual student. Students work together with their faculty advisor to generate an individual program of study. Upon completing coursework, students will find that their UT education is highly valued in the industry. Construction management companies, purchasing agents for construction services, government agencies, educational institutions, building materials companies, real estate firms, and many other diverse corporations will want their experience.
