Civil Engineering

Dr. Gerald E. Speitel Jr., Chairman of the Department of Civil Engineering, has stated

Academic Calendar

Brazilian exchange students will be in residence at UT during Fall 2004 semester, August 25–December 16. See the full UT academic calendar for registration deadlines, etc. Undergraduates will register for three classes and one conference course with Dr. Jorge Zornberg.

Students should fill out the Academic Information Form and return it with their other UT application materials. This form will help the Brazil Center save a seat for you in the courses you are most interested in, as exchange students arrive after the initial registration period and many courses fill up.

Advising

After arriving at UT, exchange students will meet Dr. Jorge Zornberg and the Civil Engineering Undergraduate Advisor to finalize their course selections.
