The Consortium for Cooperation in Civil and Environmental Engineering Technologies () is an exchange program between the University of Texas at Austin, University of Missouri, Columbia, and two top Brazilian universities. The program is open to undergraduate and graduate students, and offers UT Civil Engineering students
Credit hours applied to their degree program Brazil is the largest country in Latin America and the fifth largest in the world, with an area of more than 3.2 million sq. miles. The country has much to offer in diversity, culture, and outstanding natural beauty. Brazil has established technologically sophisticated industries, particularly in the fields of telecommunications, electronic data processing, biotechnology and new materials. Brazilian engineering is known by the Itaipú hydroelectric power plant (the largest development of its kind in operation in the world ), deep water drilling technology, and the application of concrete in urban construction as showcased by the buildings in Brasília, the nations capital.
