In the prescribed file storage format, a main directory should hold the OSBL coverage files as well as the naUTilus executable files (ISBL.exe and OSBL.exe) and other files needed by the ArcView project. The main directory should also hold one subdirectory for each ISBL unit which feeds into the OSBL. The ISBL coverage files should be stored in the appropriate ISBL subdirectory. All files created by ArcView related to an ISBL will likewise be stored in the correct ISBL subdirectory. ISBL naUTilus output will be stored in these directories as well.
