RUN_NAUT Description

Script Detailed Description

The script RUN_NAUT executes the ISBL portion of the naUTilus model. The naUTilus model reads the input file created by the Avenue script WRITEINP and outputs the file ISBLOUT.TXT. This file is a comma separated variable text file which is then directly brought into the ArcView project.

RUN_NAUT should not be run until several other scripts have been run, including:

SORTPOINT/SELECT
DRAININPUT/DRAINDATA
CONNECTIVITY
BRTAB/SELECTBR
CREATETAB/DROPDATA
HARDPIPE/HPSELECT
WRITEINPUT

All of the above scripts run as Tools from the View window in ArcView. Some run as paired scripts, such as SORTPOINT and SELECT. Paired scripts are listed above as Click event/Apply event.

It should be noted that presently (6/20/97) naUTilus is not set up to output information on the gas emissions at points. It calculates the overall VOC emissions.
