• For the dose estimated in Class Exercises #1, 2,& 3, estimate the risk for the following receptors and routes:

  • Adult, ingestion of water
    
  • Child, ingestion of soil
    
  • Adult, inhalation of ambient air
    
    Benzene Oral and Inhalation Slope Factor = 0.029 (mg/kg-day)-1
    If a URF value is used for inhalation it accounts for the intake rate.
