Here you see the general methodology. You start with the contour lines to create a point coverage. Every point has the same value as the contour line it was generated from. Even though the contour lines are fairly detailed, the size of the facility is extremely miniscule compared to the scale we are dealing with here. That is why I only used one runoff value for the site. Trying to interpolate beyond one value would be reading way to far into the data. That is also why I didn’t use precipitation data. You can use a more detailed analysis to determine runoff, but the precipitation cells you start with are typically much bigger than the size of Marcus Hook.
