Edward Holley is a professor emeritus of the Fariborz Maseeh Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering. He received his B.S. and M.S. in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his Sc.D. in civil engineering from MIT.

Holley is a member of the National Academy of Engineering.
