Todd Helwig – 2014 Shortridge Hardesty Award

Contributions to field of structural stability.
Associate Professor Todd Helwig has been selected by ASCE’s Structural Engineering Institute to receive the 2014 Shortridge Hardesty Award.
The award is for Helwig’s “wide-ranging and substantial impacts in the field of structural stability,” with a particular note related to his “translating of structural stability research into practice.”
Helwig will receive this award in early April during the 2014 Structures Congress in Boston.
