Martin Rumbaugh is a lecturer in the Fariborz Maseeh Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering and a senior project manager at AECOM.
At The University of Texas at Austin, Rumbaugh is heavily involved with the Projects for Underserved Communities program and works with faculty and students to implement basic infrastructure projects to benefit underserved communities in developing countries.
