Chandra Bhat Selected as S.S. Steinberg Award Recipient

Transportation Engineering Professor Chandra Bhat was selected to receive the S.S. Steinberg Award from the Research and Education Division of the American Road and Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA).
He will receive the award at the annual Transportation Research Board meeting in January 2010.
