UT Austin Named ACI Excellent University for 2010
The University of Texas at Austin has been named an American Concrete Institute (ACI) Excellent University for 2010. The new ACI Award for University Student Activities was initiated to recognize universities that have participated in ACI-related activities. This new program is administered by the ACI Student and Young Professional Activities Committee.
Universities receive points for student participation in ACI eligibile activities during 2010. Any university receiving 12 or more points during this period is recognized for the award. Only 12 universities received this award for 2010, which will be announced during ACI's 2011 spring convention in Tampa, Florida on April 3.
